We suspected a rodent had gotten into our duct system, we called our HVAC company who told us to call our Pest Control company. Our pest control company (who we have a contract with) told us to call our HVAC people and refused to do anything about the issue. Tired of playing phone tag with different companies we contacted Carolina Shield Home Inspection desperate for some answers. Mike was exceptionally friendly and quickly came out to the residence to complete a crawl space inspection.
